About that fun that I mentioned...

I thought that I had posted all the photoshoots that
lemming23 bestowed upon me, but in sifting through my Photobucket account, I discovered that there is (a very large) one that I missed.
I'm quite certain that these have all been posted elsewhere, but there are bound to be people who have not seen them all, so, here they are. Some are the same image with slightly different coloration, but some seem to be exact duplicates. Not sure why that is, but I'm including everything.
I'm not overfond of this shoot, myself. I'm pretty sure that it was done around the time of his appendicitis, and he looks painfully thin and just plain uncomfortable in many of them. In fact, I'm tempted to think that the shots of him in the lighter-colored jacket were done at a different time, because he looks much healthier to me (or, maybe it's just the angle). In any case, there are still some striking shots here!
Anyway, without further ado:

Date: 2007-04-22 03:46 pm (UTC)You are right mole_caz, his face becomes more masculine, not so soft anymore, which makes him more sexy, but somehow i regret, that his innocent look is lost a little. Nevertheless he is still beautifull.
Date of origin ?
Date: 2007-04-22 06:26 pm (UTC)The IPTC data claim, they ALL were taken October 7th 2003, that would be one day after his COLLECTORMANIA 4 appearance. (If so, he must have let them cut his fauxhawk for the shoot.). This is kind of hard to believe, he didn't look as thin as this at Collectormania, did he ?
However, I have one shot of this photoshoot (the one with the space / landing craft behind him) from a different source, and this one contains EXIF data. It's a pity they are NOT camera EXIF data, but only Adobe Photoshop EXIF data, which give November 16th 2003 as a date. See below :
ImageDescription - Elijah Wood, Houston, 1964. ©2003 Nick Koudis
Orientation - Top left
XResolution - 350
YResolution - 350
ResolutionUnit - Inch
Software - Adobe Photoshop CS Macintosh
DateTime - 2003:11:16 14:39:18
ExifOffset - 224
ColorSpace - Uncalibrated
ExifImageWidth - 700
ExifImageHeight - 583
But, of course, Nick Koudis COULD have taken them October 7th and then proceeded to "better" them via Photoshop about a month later, couldn't he ? Maybe he waited this whole month before uploading them to an image service . . .
So I don't know if my "super sleuth" skills ;o) have been helpful in any way . . .
Love,
- Karin.

Which only makes me wonder if the first number is really meant to be October 7 rather than the July 10 which is appears. And if so, why is the second number written out American fashion? It only makes it that much more confusing.
I'm relatively certain that they couldn't have been taken the day after C4, though. He looked considerably more robust for that con, plus he was clean shaven except for the sideburns and chin scruff, unlike the several days' growth that he's showing in these pics. Another clue is that I had some of these pics in my possession as of October 17, and I'm betting that the thumbnails are dated October 14 because that's either when I first grabbed them or perhaps when they were first uploaded to the internet, and it doesn't seem very likely that they could have been taken the 7th and have that be the case.
So, I guess it's still a mystery!

Date: 2007-04-23 07:22 pm (UTC)If that date is true, than it would have been inbetween the "Hannah dancing" pictures and the COMIC-CON pictures, which might be possible regarding the length of his beard and of his hair.
But I guess you are right, this mystery probably will remain unsolved forever !

- Karin.

Date: 2007-04-24 07:58 pm (UTC)I think his weight after the loss was not that different from what it is now, but he's so much healthier, now! People say he looks to thin, and that may be so, but there's no mistaking it for the sort of wasting-away thinness brought on by illness.
I've often thought about how close he came to dying. And then there was the morning of 9/11, when he was due to fly out of NYC... :/

Yeah, for every caring mother her children will always be her little children. What a luck to be at that time in his mother's house. What would be happen if he were somewhere else with noone caring!

Date: 2007-04-25 12:05 am (UTC)Well, i believe he has a very hardworking guardian, or he is even loved by god so much (like he is by us, human beings, as well), that his guardian got the strict order to watch over him carefully. ;)
