I know what you mean, they do seem aggressive. Like they're going after Bradgelina or some other super celebrity. I like to think that Lij somehow just doesn't fit into that level of crazy photographers chasing him. Not the sort where his pics end up on those garish tabloid mags you see at the supermarket.

This is the NME awards. On one hand, you've got a lot of music acts that the tabloid/celeb mag press do not care about that much (unless they get a "great" picture for their purposes) because most of the people reading the Sun or Heat don't know who they are. And, you've also got Kate Moss and Pete Doherty going plus disaster zones like Peaches Geldof which mean that the paperazzi are going to be there in force all night. They are standing around waiting for possible targets who aren't generic members of indie bands. All it takes is Elijah leaving when nobody more suitable for their tabloid purposes is leaving and they are going to go after him big style.

thanks for explaining that! :) makes so much more sense now. lmao at the idea of Kate moss, Pete Doherty, Peaches Geldof, and ELIJAH WOOD being in the same vicinity :P i dunno if they all were there but still the thought of it amuses me & scares me, LOL
