Elijah's back in LA

Arriving back at LAX, I capped off the amazing trip by sparking up a great conversation with Elijah Wood of Lord of the Rings fame. A really cool guy with no trace of pretension at all. And….. did you know that he has to get special shoes for those big hairy feet of his? JK

From here (and he doesn't say a word about his size! :D ). Not sure of the exact date of the sighting, but I think it must have been late last week.

DVD OF ELIJAH"S Q&A IN TORONTO 2005

I have previously posted this in my LJ but have not posted this here - wanted to let you all know about a great DVD of Elijah's Q&A in Toronto that is available on Ebay. The sound and picture quality is really good - it almost feels like you're there in the room with him!! Just in case anyone is interested.

Elijah Wood (Frodo, The Lord of the Rings; Kevin, Sin City) was present at the Toronto Comic Convention on August 27th, 2005, and he took part in an Intimate and Interactive session with the fans at the convention. He answered assorted questions, and interacted with the fans, and even attempted a phone call to Dominic Monaghan. What is up for auction is a 1 hour DVD of the session, unedited, recorded at the highest quality direct from the MDV tape which was recorded on a 3CCD camera. See screencapture below for example of image quality and positioning of camera.
Terms of auction: Payments by Paypal in US funds only please. Shipping is $4.00 within the US and Canada, $8.00 for all other countries. Serious bidders only, please-- only bid if you intend to pay. Payment is expected within 1 day (24 hours) of your commitment to buy the DVD or item will be relisted, Ebay will be notified, and negative feedback will be left. Thanks for your interest!
