I got this news alert today, and thought, since things are so slow lately (I mean, if you don't get to do the music festival route, you don't see or even hear much about Elijah lately)... anyway, thought I'd share this.
Here is a copied and pasted short bit that mentions Elijah, from an article about "bad seed" films in the NewYorkDailyNews.com, by Joe Neumaier .
"The Good Son" (1993) Macaulay Culkin - as scowling cousin Henry, who'll surely grow up into a family problem - confirms everybody's worst fears and shows that mealy-mouthed little towheads with cowlicks resent better actors like Elijah Wood (as Henry's target, Mark.)
Message: Well, who grew up to become heroic hobbit Frodo? And who played New York party monster Michael Alig? We rest our case.

Date: 2007-07-03 07:02 pm (UTC)"Macaulay Culkin is not too young to need career advice. It's a triple mistake for him to have appeared in "The Good Son" as Henry Evans, a disturbed and malicious little boy. First of all, this character's brattiness is deeply unappealing. Second, a role as solemn as this one makes it clear that wisecrack-filled comedy is what Mr. Culkin does best. And third, his co-star is Elijah Wood, the second hottest child star of the moment (whose credits include "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn"), and a fine little actor who is much more comfortable with dramatic material. Although Mr. Culkin has top billing, Mr. Wood serves as the hero of this story."
I know it was written at the time but they scored a bullseye on this on.
