Photoshoot picspam
Jan. 22nd, 2007 01:16 pmOnce again from
lemming23.
This time it's the shoot from "Gear" magazine. Many of these are familiar. A few of the watermarked ones are new. Some, I've never seen both this large and clean. There are some great shots in here!

Personally, I think that whoever thought it was a good idea to put him in that fugly striped shirt should be hung by their toenails, but at least it looks good in black and white. The cellophane shots are a bit on the odd side, but the Burger King shots all rock my socks.
As a bonus, this pic came from my hard drive:

...but Lemming provides a super-hi-res version for those who live dangerously: 14.85 MB, 3868x4833. Click if you dare. Those who don't want something quite so huge, I've uploaded a moderately-sized version so you don't feel left out: 702.73 KB, 1262x1500. :)

Date: 2007-01-22 09:47 pm (UTC)I've been wondering for quite a while why whoever it was thought the plastic would add anything to those pictures, but, mmm, all those lovely expressions!
And that huge one? awesome!!

Date: 2007-01-22 11:22 pm (UTC)Shrink wrapped Lij... mmmm. Granted, those pics don't work so well when he is just wearing that plastic poncho, but when they skew it... yes!
And the huge one? Just. Guh.
Thank you thank you thank you.

Date: 2007-01-23 01:07 am (UTC)I always thought that was Saran Wrap they used in those B&W shots but it really does look more like one of those throw away ponchos now. We have some in our fishing boat for sudden showers. I would have never noticed that if it hadn't been for the big pictures you posted.

I want to order one. *sigh*
Thank you for all the goodness! :)

Date: 2007-01-23 10:11 am (UTC)It always amazes me how in one photo shoot Elijah's face will seem quite slim and even gaunt but in other pics he looks very round-faced. I guess it's in the angle but amazing how just an angle can bring out a whole other look with him.
A few more big versions . . .
Date: 2007-01-23 12:56 pm (UTC)I kind of like this photoshoot. Whatever you can say about Mr. Maser (the photographer), at least he's original ! And thanks to him, now we all know what it would look like encountering Elijah sitting next to you in the audience of a weatherly-challenged open air stage production, !
For all the completists among you, I can provide a few more big versions of this photoshoot, although the reason why Bunnie hadn't included them was probably that they come from scans . . .
- I love the fan network ! ! !
Warm wishes,
- Karin.

"Image not retouched."
Yay!
I'm particularly fond of WM006.10 (heheheh).
And the rain-wrap, not-quite-full-length one with arms crossed is not bad *grin*
