I think we all know by now that "rolling" means "filming". But Howard Green?! Never heard of the place or the person, and does it mean that there is something "subterranean" about it?
There is a Howard Green who is a bowmaker for musical instruments, situated in SW7 (which is Kensington). Could this be in connection with the cello-playing character in OM?
There is apparently a Howard Green connected with a CD called Forbidden Fruit which I think features the music from Inspector Morse, which is a weird coincidence seeing that Inspector Morse is/was all about murders in Oxford!
Apart from that ... erm, it seems there's a candidate for the Green Party called Howard Green (appropriately enough), and even a Howard Green garden ... but it's in Taipei, which is in Taiwan!
