Update on THE HOME

Just a quick word about The Home, the movie that Elijah is producing with Aaron Morgan (director) & Eric Vespe (screenwriter). This morning Aaron tweeted the following: "Might have to take another twitter vacation soon friends. As soon as @EricVespe is well, we have some making to do. #killthedistractions". I spoke with him via Facebook and asked if they might be planning to work on The Home, and he said that the film "isn't dead, but it's definitely on hold for now." So it looks like that project is going to lie fallow a bit longer. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will come to fruition in due time. I still think it looks like something that could be really wonderful.

I surely do hope it will. I know it's been delayed a long time already. Have you seen any of Aaron & Eric's other work? They did a short film starring A.J. Bowen last year called "No Way Out." (http://bloody-disgusting.com/news/3200919/halloween-treat-watch-aj-bowen-in-full-no-way-out-short/) It's a horror short, too (and really gruesome, if that's something that bothers you). I loved it; thought it was really evocative and well-imagined. I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with a feature-length film.

I must admit I haven't seen any of Aaron and Eric's other work. I'm not into *gruesome* and I haven't heard of "No Way Out", sorry.
