A brief announcement.

The maintainers have noticed that some comments over recent weeks have come very close to or indeed have crossed the line in terms of the rules.  We would really appreciate it if everyone would take the time to re-read the rules and try to bear them in mind when commenting or posting. This is in the interests of maintaining a friendly atmosphere at the community and showing respect for Elijah and his choices.

Remember that any member who disregards the rules can warned and with enough warnings can be banned from the community.
