It seems to me that your entry was posted with the intention of sparking discussion and speculation about his current relationships, and that is what I see as being against the rules.
When I first saw what was on that website, I was 99% certain it was just a big mistake or a prank -- I found it amusing & thought others would. That was reinforced by returning to the site & noting that it can be updated by readers. That probably means that any fan could go along there & put their own name & photo up there, just for a lark! I thought it was amusing but perhaps some wouldn't? I didn't regard it as "serious speculation".
It does often seem, though, as if all the rules are geared towards protecting the idea of the Elijah/Pam relationship, and I'm just wondering what would happen if some reasonably reliable gossip website reported next week that they had broken up. Would that be a "banned topic" too? Would everyone who had seen that news item need to carry on as usual & pretend they hadn't seen it?
