Just found a newly posted picture of Gogol Bordello (Eugene and Pamela) at the NME Awards at The Hammersmith Palais, west of London on 1/3/2007 (date, ?).

If they were there...was Elijah?

It's not likely that Elijah was at that event, as he was doing the SAG award nominations reading reeeeeally early on the 4th. Though, I suppose that hopping a redeye could help account for how tired he looks in some of the pics. ;-)

The date was written as they would in England, hence it was really yesterday, March 1, 2007, not January 3. Elijah was filming last night according to Alex's blog, so I'm sure he wasn't at the NME awards.

Just a thought but was Alex's blog for March 1st referring to March 1st or the previous night which was Feb 28th? If the latter then Elijah could have been at the NME awards last night. I would have thought he would want to be if he could.

No, it was definitely March 1st. They quit filming at 10PM, so I'm thinking that was too late for Lij to make it there, but I'm sure he would have liked to go. BTW, I looked at the photos taken at the event, and it looks like just Pam and Eugene attended. If the rest of the band was there, they weren't photographed.

OMG, I think he was there! I checked at the Bruno Press site, and they have paparazzi pics (that they don't show without an account) from the event.
