Sadly, I haven't ever heard about any Oxford Murders fanfiction. - Slash you say ? Like Martin/Arthur ? *tries to wrap her brain around it - though, as Ian/Elijah never did squick me, I guess it IS possible*
I think, if there ISOM fanfiction around, it's more likely being het, like Martin/Lorna or Martin/Beth. Though the characters in OM are not particularly fleshed out, so maybe that's why hardly anyone was tempted writing fanfiction about the movie.
Though it would lend itself for actorfic, maybe, as the time of the filming was pretty intense, and us fans got to know a lot of the backstory and the happenings via Álex de la Iglesia's blog (written in Spanish) at the time.
I can't help you with the book, either, as I haven't even entered the world of e-books - I am still clinging to the good old-fashioned things made out of paper, LOL !
