This actually makes me glad he chooses movies for the scripts and not the money. Happy Feet may not have the all-age appeal of say... Toy Story, but it is a fantastic film with environmental messages (a realm rather lightly explored in recent animated films. Over the Hedge, for example).

Bobby deals with an great figure in American history, some might say great world leader. But because of that, and that it draws from the lives of commoners, not Bobby Kennedy himself, it stands to reason it would have a more limited audience. I think it'll do much better in DVD sales, myself, given the cast and Kennedy collectors out there.

You do have a point about Elijah as a lover. Wasn't there rumours about a wedding night scene or did it get cut? Consumating the marriage and all that.
