Again, none of us can possibly know for certain. They might meet up very regularly, only for reasons of their own they don't mention it to others ...

That caption sounds very unfortunate and I would prefer to think that it was a journalist trying to sell his article than believe that Elijah was sick of the role because he was unable to move on.
